Pre-sale

售中
1.合同管理設有組長、管理人員;
2.使用工商局印制的統一合同;
3.建立合同檔案,并完善歸檔管理;
4統一合同編號,業務員取合同外出需要有編號歸檔,誰出問題誰負責;
5.簽訂合同需要按黨的政策、法令和經濟合同法的有關規定執行;
6.本廠合同不轉借和私自外廠使用,如造成損失后果有自己負責;
7.合同簽訂需要按照合同規定全面履行自己的義務,做好服務工作,使用戶滿意。
For sale

1.認真做好售后服務工作,要明確分工其責;
2.按合同規定用戶要求準時將貨物如數送達交貨地點;
3.及時安排技術人員為用戶安裝試機,代培技術人員;
4.要經常走訪用戶,聽取意見,改進工作, 進一步完善售后服務工作;
5.對用戶未來人,來函提出的質量問題,要及時解決,盡快達到用戶滿意;
6.凡用戶來廠購配件,要保質保量盡快解決;
7.設定熱線電話, 24小時值班服務,及時回答咨詢。
After-sale
